We use Royal Mail First Class Delivery for all standard UK orders; these usually arrive within 2 working days. Orders placed before 1.30pm are sent the same day and often arrive on the next day. Non-tracked orders fit through any standard letterbox and do not require a signature. 

If you need even faster delivery you can choose DPD Next Working Day Delivery for £6.95 by ordering before 1pm on any working day. Please be aware that a signature will be required for tracked orders but if you like, why not send the package to your works address so you don't need to worry about missing it? Remember - nobody can tell what is in the plain Jiffy bag packaging.

For 10-pack orders you can select tracked delivery, free of charge (a signature will be required). 

Non-UK Orders (regular delivery)
Our regular shipping service for non-UK countries takes 15-20 working days. This service costs just £1.95 regardless of country and it is available for orders of 3 packs or less.

Non-UK Order (tracked delivery)
If you need your order quicker then please choose our tracked DHL option. These orders arrive within 5 working days and require a signature on delivery. We can supply a tracking number if required, the cost of this service varies depending on the country and the size of your order:

Local Taxes and Import Duties
Customers are liable for any charges, levies, taxes or import duties imposed by local Customs Officials (if any). Most if not all EU customers should be exempt from any charges.

Postage
TheyFit® will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way. While every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and TheyFit® shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer. You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.

Satisfaction Guarantee
Our condoms are backed by a 101% risk-free satisfaction guarantee. 101%? Yes - if you are not completely happy with your TheyFit® custom fit condoms just let us know within 14 days and we will refund you in full, plus £1. We offer this guarantee for any order of a single six pack, which is how 99% of customers place their first order (to check their fit). For orders greater than a single six pack we will provide the equivalent amount of store credit. Sorry - we cannot refund tracked postage costs. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns
If you need to return a product purchased from TheyFit® then you have 28 days to do so.  The goods should be returned with their original box, packing and accessories. Do not return used condoms.

To initiate a return, please email us at returns@theyfit.co.uk.  Please include your full name and address, a contact telephone number and if possible your TheyFit® order number. Our customer service team will issue you with an RMA number.

We recommend obtaining proof of postage for your returns. We will refund you in full within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. This returns policy does not affect your statutory legal rights.

Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by sending us an email or by phoning us on 01633 530060.
